We manage programmes and portfolios of complex projects. We conduct IT strategy exercises as these are again becoming seen as essential to the success of businesses. In IT and Technology Reviews we analyse the portfolio of IT projects and focus delivery by identifying overlaps and duplications whilst reducing costs and improving service levels. We also carry out Project Rescue, as we realise from our experience and our own battle scars that even the most organised businesses can hit occasional difficulties. We are passionate about making a positive difference in organisations and we offer Business Coaching and Skills Transfer to help with staff improvement.
