Laurence is Chairman of the Noel Group; management team. Laurence has recently retired as supervisory managing director from Logica CMG plc. Laurence graduated in Physics from Royal Holloway, London University in 1969 where he subsequently obtained a Ph.D in Experimental Physics.

He is a professional author with experience of document and information management. He has worked for several major consulting companies including CSC-Index, P-E Consulting and Charteris.
David has substantial business/IT consultancy, assurance, performance improvement and business system implementation experience. He has worked for the board and at executive level for a wide range of Blue Chip companies, predominantly in the Financial Services Sector.
He has worked for a number of major companies, systems houses and management consultancies including Mars Group, Logica FS,PE/DMR, C&L / PwC and Charteris.
An expert Management consultant, Business Analyst and IT strategist. Ibne has experience in business analysis, project management, quality assurance, systems development and management consultancy. Ibne’s experience has been within investment banking, public sector and consultancies.
An experienced programme, project and business manager, Andy has a proven track record in business transformation and reorganisation, in IT development and implementation and in delivery of mergers and acquisitions.
His career includes 4 years with Deloitte, 4 years with OSI (Xansa), 4 years as IT Director in Barclays and 5 years as contract Project Director with Fujitsu. He has a strong, disciplined approach to management and a flair for spotting real business value, delivering the change and driving out the benefits.
Ray is a trustworthy, result oriented senior PM with considerable success in the real-life management and support of IT Project and Business Programme Management.
His career spans over 30 years of broad yet in-depth experience with British Steel, Digital Equipment. He worked with OSI in client focused programme, project, product and organisational change management across a number of industries.
Time and again he has been asked back by clients satisfied with his achievements and has recently applied his considerable experience and instincts to the recovery of failing projects.
John has worked in the computer industry since 1968, in System Development, Management, Consultancy and as an Expert Witness.
He has in-depth experience of project management and consultancy for clients including BP, Lazards, NATO, KLM, the European Commission, HM Customs and Excise, the BBC, Lloyds Bank, J P Morgan and many other household names.
Oscar is a IT professional experienced in most aspects of Business Improvement including Programme and Project Management, Quality Assurance and Programme Office Management – spanning a 30 year career.
Oscar has worked at Executive level with many Blue Chip companies. Oscar was recently involved as a consultant in a strategic programme within the UBS Investment Bank to improve the quality of data within the business – a direct result of the sub-prime debacle.
He was the Quality Assurance Manager at Voca (the UK Clearing House) and played a key role in re-engineering all their legacy systems to a future-proof Open system. This was a high profile role as most of the UK’s payments (salaries and bills) are processed by the platform.
